  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Visit nuancedjewelry.com and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping provider.

Refunds

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
