Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return
- Visit nuancedjewelry.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping provider.
Refunds
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
